Aria Diagnostics (San Jose, CA) a clinical-stage molecular diagnostics focused on cell-free DNA (cfDNA) blood analysis of pregnant womem to detect fetal trisomises, closed a $52.7M million in Series C financing. Participants include Meritech Capital Partners, Venrock and Domain Associates.

Apnex Medical (St Paul, MN) a clinical-stage medical device company focused on implantable treatments for sleep apnea, closed a $20M Series C financing. Participants include Domain Associates, New Enterprise Associates and Polaris Venture Partners.

Sera Prognostics (Salt Lake City, UT) a development-stage diagnostic company focused on preterm birth and other pregnancy complications, closed a $19.3M Series A financing. Participants include InterWest Partners, Domain Associates, Catalyst Health Ventures, UpStart Life Sciences Capital and Osage University Partners.

IntegenX (Pleasanton, CA) a commercial-stage device company focused on sample preparation for next generation sequencing, closed a $40M Series C financing. Participants include Essex Woodlands, Domain Associates, QuestMark Partners, Greenspring Associates, Cross Creek Capital, Rona Holdings, Samsung Ventures and In-Q-Tel.

Benvenue Medical (Mountain View, CA) a commercial stage medical device company focused on minimally invasive solutions of vertebral compression fractures, closed a $35.5M Series C financing. Participants include Domain Associates, Technology Partners, Versant Ventures and DeNovo Ventures.

CoDa Therapeutics (San Diego, CA) a clinical-stag biopharmaceutical company focused on wound care therapeutics, closed a $19.2M Series B financing. Participants include Domain Associates, GBS Venture Partners and BioPacificVentures.

IntegenX (Pleasanton, CA) a commercial-stage device company focused on sample prep for next generation sequencing, closed a $15.6M Series B financing. Participants include Domain Associates, In-Q-Tel, RONAholdings, QuestMark Partners, Cross Creek Partners and Greenspring.

Glaukos (Laguna Hills, CA) a clinical-stage ophthalmology medical device company focused on the management of open-angle glaucoma, closed a $29.5M Series E. Participants include OrbiMed, Frazier Healthcare Ventures, InterWest Partners, Domain Associates and Versant Ventures.

BioNanomatrix (Philadelphia, PA) commercial-stage developer of a nanochannel array chip, single-molecule imaging and analysis platform, closed a $23.3M Series B financing. Participants include Domain Associates, Gund Investment Corp., Battelle Ventures, Innovation Valley Partners and KT Venture Group.

Dicerna Pharmaceuticals (Cambridge, MA) a development-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development RNAi-based therapeutics, closed a $4M Series B financing, bringing the total round to $29M. Participants include SR One, Domain Associates, Oxford Bioscience Partners, Abingworth Management and Skyline Ventures.

aTyr Pharma (San Diego, CA) a preclinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on immune, metabolic and hematologic indications, closed a $23M Series C financing. Participants include Domain Associates, Alta Partners, Cardinal Partners and Polaris Ventures.

Tobira Therapeutics (Manalapan, NJ) a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on antivirals for HIV and inflammation, closed a $31M B financing. Participants include Novo Ventures, Domain Associates, Frazier Healthcare Ventures, Montreux Equity Partners and Canaan Partners.
