ArGentis Pharmaceuticals (Memphis, TN) development-stage biopharmaceutical company focused the development of autoimmunity and ophthalmology therapeutics, closed a $2.0M Series financing. Participants include Innova Memphis.

Nerites (Madison, WI) a development stage company foced on tissue repair products and coatings for medical device coatings closed a $5.7M series A financing. Participants include Venture Investors and Black Mountain Ventures.

ProFibrix (Netherlands) a biotech company focused on fibrinogen-based products to stop surgical hemmoraging and initiate tissue repair, has closed a €8.5M Series A round. The deal was led by Index Ventures.

The deal was led by Caxton Advantage Life Sciences, Domain Associates, Quaker BioVentures and Aurora Funds.

CoDa Therapeutics (New Zeland) -based drug company focused on Nexagon, a wound care and tissue repair therapeutic, raised a $20M Series A financing. The round was led by Domain Associates and GBS Venture Partners.

Advanced BioHealing (La Jolla, CA) a regenerative medicine, artificial skin tissue and wound healing company raised $25.5M in Series C funding.The deal was led by Safeguard Scientific and was accompanied by Channel Medical Partners, Red Abbey Venture Partners, Canaan Partners and Wheatley Partners.
