Anulex Technologies (Minnetonka, MN) a commercial-stage medical device company focused on herniated discectomy procedures, closed a $10.2M Series D financing. Participants include Affinity Capital, Delphi Ventures, MB Venture Partners, New Enterprise Associates, SightLine Partners and Split Rock Partners.

Inspire Medical Systems (Minneapolis, MN) an early-stage medical device company developing an implantable therapeutic device for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, closed a $17M Series B financing. Participants include Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Medtronic and U.S. Venture Partners.

CoAxia (Maple Gove, MN) a clinical-stage medical device company focused on catheter-based therapy for the treatment of cerebral ischemia, closed a $21.5M Series D financing. Participants include Sofinnova Partners, Affinity Capital Management, Baird Venture Partners, Canaan Ventures Partners, Johnson and Johnson Development Corp. and Prism VentureWorks.

Orasi Medical (Edina, MN) an early-stage medical device company focused on the development of a technology to diagnose and monitor neurological disorders using electrical brain activity, closed a $3.5M Series B financing. Participants include CentreStone Ventures and PrairieGold Venture Partners.

Anulex Technologies (Minnetonka, MN) a commercial-stage medical device company specializing on the repair and sealing of the soft issue of the anulus in patients undergoing spinal discectomy, closed a $10.2M Series D financing. Participants were not disclosed.

Atritech (Plymouth, MN) a clinical-stage medical device company focused on developing minimally invasive technologies designed for the prevention of atrial fibrillation related stroke, closed a $30M Series E financing.
