Real Time Genomics (San Francisco, CA) an early-stage developer of developer of DNA sequencing analysis software, closed a $3M Series A financing. Participants include Catamount Ventures.

Blue Heron Biotechnology (Bothell, WA) a provider of gene synthesis services raised approximately $3.7M in Series D funding. Participants include Crabtree Ventures, Integra Ventures and Invitrogen.
