Phreesia (New York, NY) a commercial-stage developer of patient intake data, closed a $16M Series D financing. Participants include Ascension Health Ventures, BlueCross BlueShield Venture Partners, Sandbox Industries, Polaris Venture Partners, HLM Venture Partners and Long River Ventures.

Healthline Networks (San Francisco, CA) a commercial-stage content provider of health information services, closed a $14M Series C financing. Participants include Investor Growth Capital, Peacock Equity Fund and Reed Elsevier Ventures.

Castlight Health (San Francisco) a development-stage consumer facing personalized healthcare platform, closed a $60M Series C financing. Participants include Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Wellcome Trust, US Venture Partners, Cleveland Clinic, Maverick Capital, Oak Investment Partners and Venrock.

MedVentive (Waltham, MA) a commercial-stage electronic medical data company, closed a $2.8M Series C, bring the entire financing to $10M. Participants include HLM Venture Partners, Excel Venture Management, Clarian Health Ventures, Core Capital Partners and Long River Ventures.

Allocade (Mountain View, CA) a commercial-stage healthcare information technology company focused on patient flow logistics software for hospitals, closed a $5M Sereis C financing. Participants include VantagePoint Venture Partners.

PatientSafe Solutions (San Diego, CA) a medical technology company focused on point-of-care defense against preventable patient errors for hospital acquired infections, medication errors, and patient falls, closed a $30M Series B financing. Participants include TPG Growth, Camden Partners, Psilos, Menlo Ventures, American River Ventures, Integral Capital Partners and Shea Ventures.

ImpactRx (Mt. Laurel, NJ) a commercial-stage provider of online content measuring the impact of pharmaceutical promotion on the prescribing behavior of the nation’s highest value physicians, closed a $1.2M Series E financing. Participants have included Mediphase Venture Partners, 3i Group, Oxford Bioscience Partners and Merck.

TheraSim (Durham, NC) a commercial-stage medical technology company focused on a suite of clinical performance management tools, closed a $1.2M Series A financing. Participants include Andromeda Capital.

MobileMD (Warminster, PA) a commercial-stage electronic medical records information exchange and clinical data repository platform, closed a $4.7M Series A financing. Participants include Health Enterprise Partners.
