TriVascular (Santa Rosa, CA) a clinical-stage medical device company focused on transluminally placed endovascular stent grafts for abdominal and thoracic aortic disease, closed a $30M Series B financing. Participants include New Enterprise Associates, Delphi Ventures, MPM Capital and Kearny Venture Partners.

CorNova (Burlington, MA) a development-stage medical device company focused on stent placement and non-drug-eluting stents designed to reduce restenosis and acute thrombosis, closed a $2.5M Series B financing. Participatns were not identified.

Micell Technologies (Raleigh, NC) a development-stage medical device company focused on a fluid-based drug eluting stents for the interventional cardiology market, closed a $15M Series B financing. Participants to date have included St.Jude Medical, Invemed Catalyst Fund and GE.

Stentys (France) a clinical-stage medical device company focused on stents designed for treatment of acute myocardial infarction and coronary artery bifurcations, closed a $4.2M Series B financing bringing the round total to $22.2M. Participants include Crédit Agricole Private Equity, Sofinnova Partners and Scottish Equity Partners.

Capella (Ireland) a development-stage medical device company focused on stents for bifurcation vascular disease complex coronary artery disease, cloased a $17.3M Series C financing. Participants include Fountain Healthcare Partners, Mitsui & Co., Enterprise Ireland, Polytechnos Partners and ACT Venture Capital.

Nexeon MedSystems (Charleston, WV) developer of a suite of cobalt alloy coronary and peripheral stents, closed a $24M Series A financing. Participants include SurModics and Guidant Corp.
