GI Dynamics (Watertown, MA) a clinical-stage medical device company developing noninvasive approaches to treat obesity, type 2 diabetes and related metabolic diseases GI, closed a $15 Series C financing bring the total round to $45M. Participants include Advanced Technology Ventures, Cutlass Capital, Domain Associates, Johnson & Johnson Development, Polaris Venture Partners and Seedling Enterprises.
