ViewRay (Oakwood Village, OH) a clinical-stage medical device company focused on MRI-guided radiation therapy system for the treatment of various cancers, closed a $26.3M Series C financing, bringing the total round to $45M. Participants include Aisling Capital, Fidelity Biosciences, Kearny Venture Partners, OrbiMed and Siemens Venture Capital.

CardioInsight Technologies (Cleveland, OH) a commercial-stage medical device company focused on non-invasive electrocardiographic mapping technology, closed a $7.5 Series C financing. Participants were not disclosed.

Stemgent (Cambridge, MA) a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on stem cell reagents and tools for stem cell researchers, closed a $6.3M Series C financing. Participants include HealthCare Ventures and Morganthaler Partners.

3-V Biosciences (Menlo Park, CA) a preclinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on host-factor antivirals for chronic Hepatitis C infection, closed a $20M Series C financing. Participants include Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and New Enterprise Associates.

CytoPherx (Ann Arbor, MI) a clinical-stage medical device company focused on dialysis filters to sequester and deactivate leukocytes in the patient’s blood system for acute renal failure, closed a $34M Series C financing.
