Participants include Amgen Ventures, Versant Ventures, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, ARCH Venture Partners, OVP Venture Partners and WRF Capital.

Neuraltus Pharmaceuticals (Palo Alto, CA) a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on small molecule drugs for the neurodegenerative diseases such as ALS multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, Fabry’s and Gaucher’s diseases, closed a $9.6M Series B financing. AuraSense Therapeutics (Evanston, IL) a development-stage biotechnology company focused on nucleic acid constructs for heart disease, cancer, skin conditions and bacterial infection, closed a $4.5M Series B financing. Participants include Abbott Biotech Ventures.

arGEN-X (Netherlands) a preclinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on a monoclonal antibody platform for autoimmunity, inflammation and oncology, closed a $37M Series B financing.
